Gifts can only be delivered within Australia.
Hampers (when in season) can be delivered both locally and overseas.
All international hampers are available for delivery in the UK and Europe.
International hampers 'Christmas Essentials' and 'Christmas Survival Pack' are also available for delivery to the USA and Canada.
For deliveries in Australia a $8.00 delivery charge applies to each Hamper or Gift to be delivered. For Gift Card purchases a flat delivery fee of $4.95 applies to each transaction of up to 10 Gift Cards and / or up to total of $500.
For deliveries outside Australia, the delivery charge will vary depending on the destination. For the overseas pricing schedule, please refer to individual product details.
Please note that Tapas hampers cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom, and hampers containing liquor cannot be delivered to the United States or Canada.
Hampers are not always available for delivery overseas throughout the year. There are different delivery prices for each hamper and each region.

MYER one Members will receive Shopping Credits in accordance to the MYER one Program Terms and Conditions.
As a special bonus to MYER one Members, Myer Online will award MYER one Shopping Credits for the purchase of a Gift Card. The recipient of the Gift Card will also receive MYER one Shopping Credits when redeeming the Gift Card. Recipient must be a MYER one Member to receive Shopping Credits.

You may nominate a delivery week at the point of order and we will deliver within that week. Unfortunately, we are unable to ensure delivery on a specific nominated delivery date.
Please note that if you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you must do this within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting Gifts Online Customer Service. Otherwise the item must be received and returned to store. Special Conditions apply, see question 15 for details.
When you shop at Myer Online, we aim to please. Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online (except Gift Cards, iTunes and Hampers), visit your nearest Myer store. Exchanges and returns will be processed in accordance with the current Myer Returns Policy.
Gift Cards and iTunes Cards cannot be exchanged for another denomination or tender (ie cash). Gift Cards and iTunes Cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless required by law.
Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.
